1. Our Services

Udaan Marketing Agency provides professional digital marketing services including:

Instagram Influencer Marketing: Connect with 350+ verified influencers
Reels Promotion: Viral content campaigns for Instagram & Facebook
Facebook Marketing: Targeted ads and page management
YouTube Marketing: Video marketing and channel growth
Brand Promotion: 360° digital promotion strategy
Song Promotion: Music marketing through influencer network

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate brand information, logos, and content required for campaigns
Give timely approvals on content and influencer selection
Ensure all materials provided do not violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks
Make payments as per agreed schedule without delays
Not engage directly with influencers during active campaigns without our knowledge

3. Payment Terms

Currency: All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
Advance Payment: 50% advance is required before campaign launch
Final Payment: Remaining 50% due within 7 days of campaign completion
Late Fees: Payments delayed beyond 15 days may incur 2% monthly interest
Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable once campaign work has begun

4. Campaign Deliverables

We commit to:

Delivering campaigns as per agreed scope and timeline
Using only verified influencers with real engagement
Providing detailed analytics and performance reports
Maintaining 94%+ campaign success rate as per our standards

Important: While we use proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or sales numbers. Results depend on market factors, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All creative content, strategies, and campaign materials produced by Udaan Marketing Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and pre-existing materials provided to us.

License: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use campaign content for agreed marketing purposes.

6. Influencer Content & Posting

Content posted by influencers remains on their profiles as per their individual policies
We cannot guarantee permanent removal of posts after campaign ends
Influencers retain creative freedom within brand guidelines
Any revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of content delivery

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business strategies, campaign data, and marketing plans. Your information will not be shared with competitors or third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Udaan Marketing Agency shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages from campaign performance
Platform policy changes, account suspensions, or algorithm updates
Actions of third-party influencers beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

By Client: You may terminate with 15 days written notice. Advance payments are non-refundable for work already completed.

By Us: We may terminate services if payment terms are violated or if client provides misleading information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
